The elevation is redefined through clean vertical and horizontal framing elements that add depth and rhythm to the façade. A central vertical feature clad in warm wood-textured finishes becomes the visual anchor, highlighted with integrated linear lighting to create a distinctive day-and-night presence. Soft neutral exterior tones are complemented by terracotta-inspired roofing, responding to Goa’s architectural character.Window proportions are refined to enhance natural light and ventilation, while subtle projections and shading elements improve thermal performance. Landscaping and boundary detailing are streamlined to create a neat, welcoming frontage.

The result is a revitalized residential complex that blends contemporary aesthetics with regional sensitivity, offering an upgraded visual identity and improved living experience.
